Who operates Liquidloot
Liquidloot is operated by Liquidloot, the controller of personal information processed for this service. For questions, access requests, or deletion requests, contact contact@liquidloot.gg.
Information used by the service
When you create a Liquidloot account, we process your email address, authentication records, and a unique account ID. Supabase handles password authentication; passwords are not stored in our application tables.
Your workspace can contain the game usernames or labels, balances, preferences, and activity you enter or create through the dashboard. These balances are user-entered records. Guest workspace information stays in your browser's local storage. Signing in creates a separate account workspace and does not automatically upload guest records.
If you connect Roblox, Roblox supplies your verified user ID and basic profile through its authorization screen. We save your Roblox user ID, username or display name, and the connection date against your Liquidloot account. The connection does not provide your Roblox password, Robux balance, or inventory. We process authorization codes and tokens on the server to complete the connection and do not retain those tokens in our database.
Username checks send the name you enter to the relevant official public player service, including Roblox or Old School RuneScape. A matching public record does not prove account ownership.
An optional wallet connection shares your public wallet address with the page. Connection activity may be recorded in your workspace. We do not collect seed phrases or private keys, and connecting does not authorize a transaction.
Our hosting and authentication providers process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, device/browser information, and error or security logs to deliver and protect the service. If you contact us, we process your message and the contact information you provide.
Why we use information
We use account and workspace information to provide the features you request, authenticate you, save your records, display connected identities, and answer support requests. We use limited technical records to maintain reliability, prevent abuse, and investigate problems. We do not use Roblox profile information for advertising or sell that information.
Where EU or UK data protection law applies, our grounds are providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating a secure and reliable service, consent where required for optional processing, and compliance with legal obligations. You can disconnect optional accounts at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Providers and sharing
We use Vercel to host the site, Supabase for account authentication and database storage, and Resend to deliver account emails. Resend processes the recipient address, message content, and delivery records for those emails. Roblox, Jagex, and your selected wallet provider process interactions with their own services under their own terms and privacy notices. We disclose relevant records when legally required or necessary to handle security incidents or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We do not publish your workspace or connected Roblox identity as a public directory.
The project database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. Hosting, authentication, support, and other provider operations may involve processing in other countries. Where applicable law requires it, international transfers must use an appropriate legal safeguard; contact us for information about the arrangements applying to your data.
Cookies, storage, and retention
Liquidloot uses authentication cookies to maintain sessions and a short-lived encrypted cookie to complete Roblox linking. Guest balances and preferences use local storage. This version does not include advertising cookies or third-party marketing analytics.
Guest data remains until you clear it in Settings or remove this site's browser storage. Account data remains while your account is active or until you remove it or request deletion. Disconnecting Roblox removes its linked identity record from the active database; separately entered balances and historical workspace activity are managed separately. Limited security, legal, or support records may need to remain for their relevant purpose, and provider backups or logs expire according to their retention cycles.
Your choices and rights
You can edit tracked balances, disconnect Roblox, and clear guest data in the dashboard. Contact contact@liquidloot.gg to request access, correction, export, or deletion of account information. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restrict processing, object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data protection authority. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you solely through automated processing.
Liquidloot is not intended for children under 13. Users must also meet the applicable age and authorization requirements of connected services. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information that should be removed.
Changes
We will update this page when the service's data practices change and provide additional notice when required. The date above identifies the latest version.
